About Me

Hi, my name’s Tim.

I have a wife and two kids and I live in a historical neighborhood near downtown Oklahoma City.

Headshot of Tim, this blog’s authorI work for an internet development company. We create and market web-based software products and build a lot of great websites. I’m in charge of the Element Fusion blog (that’s our company) so I’m often blogged-out and that’s why I don’t post here as much as I would like. I also work part-time as a worship leader at my church. We have two different services and I help to organize and lead one of them. I play guitar (sort of) and piano. I really like to play jazz piano but I don’t get to do that very often.

I used to work full-time in church. Now, I just work part-time and I like that much better.

Sometimes I do a little technology consulting with other ministries and organizations. Right now, I’m working with Place Ministries in Atlanta.

Oh, and I’m also learning to trade options. So there’s some stuff on here about that, too.

I created “DailyGenesis” during a transition time when I was completely self-employed. I like the name because it reminds me that God’s mercies are new every morning. I also like it because I enjoy creating new things every day. Ok, maybe not every day, but sometimes.
