Two new Apple Watch’s are coming with a better processor, GPS, and barometer
Alright fans, Apple’s annual event is a couple weeks away and we have our eyes set on the iPhone and what its future holds. Even more so, due to Apple being a target of negative press since leak of the new iPhone 7 not having a headphone jack, a rumor that seems pretty much confirmed due to a quite legit leak last week.
However, this time the details leaked are regarding the Apple Watch. Appleinsider reported new model releases referencing KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. The report explains how Apple is planning on releasing not one, but two models of the Apple Watch this year. One of the models known as the Apple Watch 2 will have GPS, a better processor, and a barometer; while the other will just have the processor improvement.
The report also made sure to address the external design of the watch, and it is good news for current owners. The watch will preserve its current design into the new models this year and even 2017. So no need to worry, your friends won’t get the chance to judge you for having an old out-of-fashion watch, which hangs often.
It will be interesting to see how the new processor plays in with the already improved WatchOS 3. I really hope that the watch’s response time improves and allows developers to take apps to another level.
But remember, we must take any news related to Apple’s events with a grain of salt.
