‘Game of Thrones’ Season 6 Finale to be longest episode ever

FYI: This post contains major spoilers from Game of Thrones, Season 6.

Yes Game of Thrones fans, while you get ready for this coming Sunday. HBO has officially released the length and titles of the last two episodes of the season. As clearly, during last weeks episode several questions had come to our minds and predictions were made.

Alright, so far we know that episode 9 is called “The Battle of Bastards” and this episode will air on June 19th. It will be 60 minutes long and as the name foreshadows, there will be an awesome battle between our favorite bastard Jon Snow and most hated character Ramsay Bolton.

The last episode of the season, episode 10 will be the longest episode ever with the episode pushing to 69 minutes.

The extra nine minutes are much appreciated by fans, thank you GofT.

The final episode is titled “The Winds of Winter,” which is an interesting name as it is the name of George R. R. Martin’s unreleased novel. We have seen glimpses of individual chapters of this book as Martin has shared them randomly.

Overall, there is much to look forward to for last two installments of this season, however for now let us focus on episode 8 “No one,” scheduled to air this Sunday June 12th. Also, from the promo looks like there is a lot of action in store for us.
